We will issue proceedings to evict the sitting tenant and even cover the cost of the bailiffs to allow the property to be re-let.

At the end of the tenancy,  the property will be returned to you with vacant possession. There  will be no charge fees for the time involved in both the negotiations with the tenant and the paperwork involved in serving the tenant their notice. Additionally, should proceedings need to be issued to evict the tenants, we will only charge you the associated court fees. The legal and  Bailiff fees are covered by us.

This free eviction service will only be provided on the condition that the management contract of the property and rental price are agreed before the eviction process commences.
